Returns Policy

Kkul Skin has a no returns and no exchanges policy. All sales are final.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at infokkulskin@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the situation and offer you a resolution. When contacting us, please include photos of the products received and any damage sustained to the box.

Address issues 
If your order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, we will provide you with a refund with the shipping fee deducted. 

Parcel rejected or not collected 
If your order is returned because it was rejected at the moment of delivery or it was not collected within the allotted timeframe, we will issue a refund deducting the shipping fee from the total amount. 


Cancellation Policy

We only accept cancellation of the order before the order is shipped. Order will be deemed to be shipped when an email regarding the dispatch of shipment has been sent to your email ID registered with us. Any cancellation request made by you after shipping will be declined by us.

If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel have not been shipped yet, you can write to our customer support team at  infokkulskin@gmail.com requesting us to cancel the order.

In such cases, the order will be cancelled, and the money will be refunded to you within three to five business days after the cancellation request is duly processed by us. Please take into consideration that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund in your account.
